Polymer-modified cementitious floor repair mortar
Two-part polymer-modified cement system for permanent, thin concrete repairs.

Surface Preparation
aberep 710 latex cement has been formulated to allow a thin, hard cementitious coating over concrete and masonry that requires leveling.
A sound base is essential for good repairs. Remove all oil, grease, dirt and disintegrated or unsound concrete from the areas to be repaired.

Electronic moisture content tests must be conducted prior to application of the priming system. Maximum moisture 4- 5% max. (eg Protimeter Survey Master or equivalent) or Dynamic Calcium Chloride moisture “weight gain” over
24 hours or (a practical overnight “plastic sheet test” is also advisable approx. 1m² masked down on surface).

Application
Work the product firmly into the cleaned surface, eliminate air pockets to provide a good bond. Screed and float aberep 710 latex cement into place, work quickly and use light pressure. Delay trowelling until surface has begun to harden. Not more than 6mm thick and provide a square cut edge for finish joint.
Note:
Do not mix aberep 710 latex cement with water or add any fillers.

Handling & Storage
This product has a shelf life of 12 months if kept in a dry cool place under cover in the original packaging. In more extreme conditions this period might be shortened.
Health & Safety
aberep 710 is alkaline and should not be allowed contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation of dust during mixing by wearing dust masks. The use of gloves, eye protection and dust masks is advised. Immediately wash with water in the event of contact with skin. Splashes into eyes should also be washed immediately with plenty of clean water and medical advice sought thereafter.
