NATURE OF PROJECT

At the confluence where the Maramba river flows into he Mighty Zambezi the new Raddison Blue Hotel is urrently being constructed. With 228 rooms inclusive of 7 executive villas, kids club, conference facilities and a state-of-the-art spa, the hotel will add to the beauty of Livingstone. abe.®lite is a multi-purpose, lightweight, high trength finishing plaster for internal applications onto brickwork, concrete blocks, dry walling, ceiling board and as a finishing plaster over sand/cement renders.

  • 130 m2 waterproofing by spa pool – asphalt tolerant membrane 4 mm, dual reinforced membrane 3 mm with bitu.prime

  • •6300 m2waterproofing bathrooms and balconies – duraflex® and ecofelt
  • 3 km joints – dura.cord, epidermix 326 and flexothane 27
  • 1200 m2floor screed – abe.®screed dura.Top (Livingstone, specially blended)
  • 2500 m2decorative concrete solution – Beton Cire with Chryso Concrete Primer and Finisol.
