On November 26th 2018, CHRYSO® has concluded the acquisition of BMC DIFFUSION, located near La Rochelle in France.
Established in 2005, BMC diffusion is a French company marketing materials and equipment dedicated to the aesthetic concrete market. The company also offers training for the aesthetic concrete application. 2 Years after the acquisition of Moderne Methode, this acquisition will further strengthen our decorative concrete position in the French market.
This new subsidiary will be under the supervision of Franck Gimer, Executive Vice President.
