Surface Preparation
Old screed to be removed and new screed to falls to be reinstated.
Surface areas should be dry, clean and sound, free of voids, sharp protrusions or contaminants. The new and old screeds shall have a light wood float finish.
Priming
Surfaces must be pre-wet with clean water prior to application of duraflex®.

Apply one coat duraflex® to floor at the application rate as specified in the datasheet. Saturate ecofelt (polypropylene membrane) and apply to the flat surfaces and all angles, sharp edges and verges. Allow first coat to cure.
Apply a second coat of duraflex® at right angles to the first coat.
Tiles may be applied directly to duraflex® once cured.

A seven year product warranty is issued by a.b.e.® subject to work carried out by an a.b.e.® Approved Contractor.
