Existing torch-on was removed because of vapour entrpment. abeproof liquid membrane was used on the balconies. abeproof liquid membrane is seamless, highly elastic and durable offering good tensile resistance and fast curing to assist regular foot traffic. Quick turn-around time in simplicity of application makes it economical with no fabric reinforcement required. abeproof liquid membrane liquid membrane system was covered with synthetic grass.
