NATURE OF PROJECT
Offices are housed under last level of East London MBSA car Terminal ramp. Constant flow of traffic has caused cracks and movement. Water penetrates cracks and drips in offices containing computers with valuable information.
Cracks were cut out with angle grinders and secured with dura.kol G HM used for sealing expansion joints, stress relief joints and movement joints.
High traffic ramp was then sealed over with 3 x heavy coats of flintkote 3, a general purpose bituminous coating, vapor barrier and flooring system binder. Waterproof binder for mastic flooring which is easily repairable and potable water containment.
