NATURE OF PROJECT

flexothane 27, a single component hybrid construction sealant and is widely used for sealing of expansion and contraction joints, external wall cladding joints, sealing of window and door joints, and for sealing of connecting joints between wall and windows.

flexothane 27 provides medium chemical, wear and corrosion resistance and is overcoatable with water, solvent based paint. Offers a non-sag consistency and does not pick up dirt. Good adhesion on the most common construction materials and can be applied vertically and horizontally.
