Acquisition of Corrotech Qatar
On December 10th, 2015, the CHRYSO group has concluded the acquisition of Corrotech Qatar. Created in 2006, the company which is based in Doha, has quickly developed on the Qatari market. Today, it holds a leadership position on the market of admixtures for ready-mix concrete and cementitious additives (fly ash, micro silica and slag), thanks to its superior technologies and outstanding service offering to the industry.
Corrotech Qatar is the main supplier for most prestigious construction projects such as the International Airport of Doha, the Lusail Expressway, the Pearl Qatar, New Industrial Sewage Plant and Rail Green Line.
With this acquisition, CHRYSO strengthens its position in the Gulf area thanks to this new industrial base. The 19th subsidiary of the group will soon be named CHRYSO Qatar and offer most CHRYSO® technologies aimed at the concrete and cement market. With its presence, the new branch will also bring its added value to our customers.
